Yes, provided that access to 0aa is permitted under the laws of your state in India. These terms govern every account regardless of the device or payment method you use — UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transactions are all covered.

We send a notification to your registered email at least 48 hours before updated terms take effect. If you continue to use your account after that date, you accept the revised terms. You may close your account before the change takes effect if you do not agree.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select the Data Request option. We will compile your account data and deliver it to your registered email within five working days. This right is available to all active account holders under these terms.

We may place an immediate temporary hold on an account if we detect activity that appears to breach these terms or raises a security concern. We will contact you within 24 hours to explain the hold and outline the steps needed to restore access.

Withdrawals via UPI or Paytm are subject to identity verification before the first payout is processed. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals typically clear within a few hours. Any hold exceeding 24 hours will be flagged with a reason in your account notifications.
